These terms govern your use of Reelsnap, including automation, generated content, scheduling, and connected social publishing features.
Using Reelsnap
Reelsnap is a slideshow automation product for creating, reviewing, scheduling, and publishing social media content through connected accounts and providers.
You are responsible for your account, your connected social accounts, and all content, prompts, media, captions, schedules, and publishing actions submitted through Reelsnap.
Content and rights
You must only upload, generate, schedule, or publish content that you have the right to use. You must not use Reelsnap to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, spam, or platform-prohibited content.
You retain ownership of your content. You give Reelsnap the limited permission needed to host, process, generate, render, schedule, upload, and publish that content as part of the service.
Connected platforms
When you connect TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, WoopSocial, or another supported provider, you authorize Reelsnap to use that connection only for product features you choose.
For TikTok, Reelsnap may support both video.upload draft upload flows and video.publish direct publishing flows. Direct publishing actions require your explicit confirmation inside Reelsnap before the action is sent.
Third-party services
Social platforms and publishing providers are third-party services. Their availability, review rules, rate limits, account restrictions, and publishing decisions are controlled by those providers, not Reelsnap.
Reelsnap does not guarantee that any platform will approve an app, accept a post, keep an API available, or publish content at a specific time.
Billing and availability
Paid plans, limits, and billing terms are shown in the product or checkout flow. You are responsible for keeping billing information accurate when using a paid plan.
We may change, pause, or discontinue features when needed for security, compliance, platform policy changes, or service maintenance.
Termination and contact
We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security risk, abuses the service, or causes platform compliance issues.
