This policy explains how Reelsnap collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the product or connect social publishing accounts.
Information we collect
Reelsnap collects account information such as your email address, authentication state, workspace settings, billing state, automation settings, uploaded media, generated content, captions, schedules, and support messages.
When you connect a social platform, Reelsnap stores the account identifiers and authorization tokens needed to operate the integration. Tokens and third-party credentials are stored server-side and are not shown in the browser.
TikTok data and permissions
Reelsnap may request TikTok permissions that allow you to upload draft content to TikTok and, when you explicitly approve it in Reelsnap, publish content directly to your TikTok account.
The TikTok video.upload permission is used to send generated or approved videos to TikTok as drafts or inbox uploads. The TikTok video.publish permission is used only when you choose a direct publishing action for connected TikTok accounts.
How we use information
We use information to provide the product, authenticate users, create and manage slideshow automations, generate and review draft posts, publish approved content through connected providers, process billing, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use connected social account data to train third-party AI models.
Sharing and processors
We share information only with service providers needed to run Reelsnap, such as hosting, database, email, payment, analytics, and connected social platform providers you authorize.
When you publish or upload content through a connected platform, the content and required metadata are sent to that platform according to your action and that platform's terms.
Retention and deletion
We keep account, automation, generated content, and integration data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.
You can request deletion of your account, connected platform credentials, or stored content by contacting support.
Security and contact
Reelsnap uses access controls, server-side credential storage, and encrypted third-party credential handling to protect connected account data.
